Notes from the Feeley/ Warba Rec meeting on 8/16/2000 

In attendance were Kelly McCauley, Warren Spawn, Mark Carlson, 
Lori Hamm, Tami Richardson, Becky McCauley, and Amy Bean 

First thing discussed was getting a hold of Kevin for a dead line and price. He has not returned Becky's calls. Lori will call Kevin and see what the dead line is and tell him how we want the front done also.

Second thing Amy Bean brought up a grant that we did not know about called the Children First grant, which is affiliated with Blandin Grants. Amy will check into this grant for us. We decided to wait on the Blandin Grant till January. By then we will know how much more we will need to complete the project. Lori will contact Linda Gebo at Blandin foundation about our decision to wait.

We talked about the equipment being delivered and would it be best to ask Dana Marrier about donating a storage unit for storing it till we can put it up. Lori is going to check into this. Becky has received the blue prints and she will drop them off at Mark Carlsons house so he can look them over.

Amy Bean knows a sign maker and she will check to see if she can get her to do it for us. The signboard is over behind the liquor store.

Becky is going to talk to MaryAnn Olson about seeing if the school board will donate or consider donating anything for the rec. Someone told us that other school boards do donate to the rec. dept in there areas.
