Notes From Warba/Feeley Recreation Meeting on 8/1/01
In attendance were Doug Mericle, Warren Spawn, Mark Carlson, and Lori Hamm.

We received a letter from DNR that we will not be receiving a grant this year for the rink. Lori talked to Julia at the DNR office and she sent out a list of who received the grants. Julia had said we had a good application and she will help Lori in the fall to apply again. The board had to make a decision to whether we are going to use the $25,000 from the Blandin grant that we got right away and get the pavilion and bathroom up or hold onto it till next year so we know we have our matching funds. We decided to go ahead with our project and started discussing where to start.

First thing discussed about the project was should we put the bathroom and pavilion together so we only have to pour one slab and how we are going to do this. We decided that putting them together would be the best way to go. Mark Carlson is going to draw up plans for this bathroom and we will get quotes on the cost of the cement work. We will meet again on Aug. 15th after he has these drawn up.
