Notes From Warba/Feeley Recreation Meeting on 04/18/02 at 5:30
In attendance were Warren Spawn, Mark Carlson, Lori Hamm, Doug Mericle, and Frank Fairchild.

The first thing discussed was the letter Feeley received concerning Itasca Little League.  The Itasca Little League is asking for a donation of $25.00 for each child from Feeley that is playing in their little league.  They have 3 children from Feeley that are in the league so they requested $75.00. The board discussed this and decided to deny the request, as they do not use the Warba field.

We discussed getting signs up around the park saying, "No four wheelers," so the rutting in the park discontinues.  The board also discussed barricading the road until it is dried up and firm.  Lori will talk to Kevin about what grass seed mix he used so it can be repaired.  Warren will assemble the barricade.

Next thing discussed was the playground project.  We are going to go ahead and set everything up for the pavilion and bathroom project to get started July 1st.  Mark is going to talk to Rick Steinhart about the cement work to his schedule for July.  Lori will call Wolf Pack Construction about the pavilion and constructing the bathroom roof.  Lori will also ask Wolf Pack about colors of steel, and talk to Jacobson Precast Concrete about the tank and risers.

Meeting adjourned, we will meet again at the park on May 21st at 5:00pm to mark out area where pavilion and bathroom will go.
